It's 4pm. Just came back from the MasterchefAu 2013 Italian challenge at Lygon. Instead of taking pics with the judges, I ended up taking a photo with a cute snoozing Chowchow. What's new? Well, I think my stomach is turning into a bottomless pit from all the lack of meat. It's been 2+weeks since I last had meat and my stomach might be rebelling. Almost died yesterday because I couldn't stop eating. Not that I was greedy, I just couldn't for the life of me be or feel full. I kept feeling hungry and my stomach kept growling. I could feel my gastric signs acting up if I stopped shoving food into my mouth. The boy and the rest at K's bday dinner were quite shocked that I managed to eat so much for dessert right after dinner. I couldn't help it, the Bottomless Pit made me :( Okay this post is just me wasting my time not wanting to get down to work. Imma gonna be regretting it but I shall watch some Running Men before starting on me work. Bleak weekend :(

Had a sudden inclination to visit my poor blog and so I did. Realized that I have not been blogging for the past 1.5years. You poor abandoned child you. So after seeing my forlorn baby, I decided to revive it a little and post something up for old times' sake. I used to love blogging cause I always thought that when I'm old, I'll start from the very first post and laugh or even cry at my past self. So here I am, after being away for 1.5years trying to type a little of the past 1.5years in so that I can hopefully help the memory of my 80yo (if I do live that long) self.
Well, I'm in my 3rd year of Uni. Still struggling and procrastinating, hardly any different from when I started my first. As each semester begins, I tell myself that it'll be the semester where I will stop slacking too much and pace myself so that I will never have to rush for any assignments or burn the midnight oil for my exams. HAH. Sadly, I have yet to achieve this feat. S I G H. And while typing this post, I actually have a to-do list with nothing being completed :( procrastination really got me good.
So, enough about the present. How about the past? 2 summer holidays have gone by without me blogging and updating. So let's see, the summer of 2011 was a short one as I decided to enrol in a summer unit (Brand Management) for Jan 2012. The bf agreed to fly back with me as he needed to settle his housing so YAY I had more friends and loved one in summer than I thought I would have. So my holiday back in Singapore was really really fast which meant that aside from family time (I allocated a lot of my time for my family) and bf time (yes we still saw the need to spend time together even though we will be spending heaps of time together back in Melbs), I could only meet those friends dearer to me due to the time constrains. So I met up with those I missed the most (so sorry to those who I have not been able to meet with, it's not that you guys aren't important, it's just that those in my inner circle has more priority) while promising the rest to meet up the next time I'm back.
Summer'12 was spent in Melbourne with no regrets :D hoooray! Did pretty well for my summer unit cause we did damn well for our group assignment thanks to HY and no thanks to that useless full of excuses bitch of a CC and I fared pretty well for my exams as well. So *pats self on back* heheh. Once again spent my CNY in Melbourne with no complaints cause N, le bf, I and I had a good reunion dinner together and then for CNY Day #1, le bf and I went to Juzzy's house for steamboat with him, JY, Kei, Z, PY. During that period was when the group of us started buying boardgames :-D Munchkin, Bang! and my latest game Killer Bunnies (the sweet childhood friend bought for my 21st in July 2012<3 font="" nbsp="">
Can't recall much but 2012 was a pretty good year. Went to HK in early July with the bf and his friends for couples holiday session. The trip was fun and gave me a chance to bond more with them and vice versa which was pretty awesome. Won a truckload of money as well during our day trip to Macau where we went to Venetian to earn some monehhh. Yay me! Came back to Melbs straight after cause le bf wanted to do a winter course (Wine :/) lol. Sze visited me in July before embarking on her new adventure in Bath :'( Looking forward to her next holiday here cause she loved it and is missing me hehehehe C: After she left, I went skiiing with JY (+his parents), BFF, Juzzy, Bronty, Bekky, Wai Wai and his +1. SUCKED so bad at it but found at that Im a natural at tobogganing hiahia useless me. Was a good experience nonetheless. Soon it was my 21st! Didn't celebrate with a BANG like how I used to dream I would, back when I really really loved celebrating birthdays and throwing awesome parties. It was a mini-bang though. Had a good one the week before my actual birthday with Nach & gang but I died so fast during the drinking session I am so lousy :'( the birthday day itself was spent with the bf who brought me for a romantic dinner for two :') then the weekend of my birthday was spent at Juzzy's who so sweetly offered his place for my birthday venue. Had a taco & make your own sundae party, bf bought champagnes and I went crazy with my new polaroid cam (that N, I, J, D &T so generously bought as my present <3 font="" nbsp="">
Safe to say, 2012 ended with a slight roller-coaster ride when it came to family time. I blame menopause and andropause, enough. But other than that, it was still filled with heaps and heaps of love from time spent with my family, bf and friends back in S & M. Ended 2012 with the HK group (bf and his friends).
2013 started off well even with the roller-coaster ride continuing into the new year. CNY was good but not as enjoyable as the previous years cause this year I finally get to experience being left behind. I've left my family and childhood friends for two CNYs thanks to sch in Melbs. This year, most of them left me instead cause their holidays did not coincide with CNY :''''''( /wrist *SOBSSSSS, BAWLLLLLS* 85% of my gambling kakis GONE. nuuuuuuuuuuuuu. On a brighter note, I received more money this year than the past years and the fireworks display from my neighbours this year was siiiiiiiiiiick (2+hrs of nonstop fireworks when the clock strike 12 signalling the first day of CNY, and many more fireworks as the days continued) teehee! Plus Valentines 2013 was a pretty sweet one cause the sweetheart bf caught a bus down to find me since I never bothered to spend CNY in Sg. We spent it with my family cause it was mommy's birthday too (: then we went gambling and I earned money. ow yeah. The next day we bused back to Sg to make it for his bbq party with his friends. And owww yeah, I earned big bucks again. I think his friends are now apprehensive about gambling with me after that night hurhur. All too soon it was time for us to fly back to my 3rd home. Had a sweet 10+days of break before term started and now as I'm typing, I have hit week3 in my 3rd Year of Uni.
This has been an unusually longgggg post but after considering that I was trying to sum the past year and a half into one post, it's actually a fairly short one. I blame my memory for not being able to recall more but yeah, satisfied. Bye for now dear blog. I hope you feel less neglected. And I'll try to blog a little more now and then :)
